Identification method

The quality of a full-color display can be signed from the following aspects:

1. Flatness

The surface flatness of the LED display should be within ±1mm to ensure that the display image is not distorted, and local bumps or concaves will cause the viewing angle of the display to appear dead. The quality of flatness is mainly determined by the production process.

2. Brightness and viewing angle

The brightness of the indoor full-color screen should be above 800cd/m2, and the brightness of the outdoor full-color screen should be above 1500cd/m2 to ensure the normal operation of the display, otherwise the brightness will be too low to see the displayed image. The brightness of the brightness is mainly determined by the quality of the LED lamp beads.

The size of the viewing angle directly determines the number of LED display audiences, so the larger the better. The size of the viewing angle is mainly determined by the packaging method of the die.

3. White balance effect

The white balance effect is one of the most important indicators of the LED display. Maintenance methods

LED display large screen like traditional electronic products, in the process of use not only need to pay attention to the method, but also need to maintain the display, in order to make the LED display large screen life longer. The increase in the use of large screens of LED full-color displays, on the one hand, is due to the reduction of the working materials of the products in order to control the production costs of major manufacturers, which has led to the premature aging of a few accessories of some products; On the other hand, the reason is due to the user’s inappropriate usage habits. The latter case is more common, the following is a few ways to maintain the LED full-color display screen.

(1) Keep the humidity of the environment where the full-color LED display is used, and do not let anything with the nature of moisture enter your full-color LED display screen. Powering up a large screen of a full-color display with humidity will cause corrosion of the parts of the full-color display, which in turn will cause permanent damage.

(2) To avoid possible problems, we can choose passive protection and active protection, try to keep the items that may cause harm to the full-color display screen away from the screen, and clean the screen as gently as possible to minimize the possibility of injury.

LED full-color display screen is the most closely related to our users, and it is also very necessary to do a good job in cleaning and maintenance. Long-term exposure to outdoor environment wind, sun, dust and other easy to appear dirty, a period of time, the screen is definitely a piece of dust, which needs to be cleaned in time to prevent dust from long-term wrapping surfaces affect the viewing effect.

(4) It is required that the power supply is stable and the ground protection is good, and it should not be used in harsh natural conditions, especially in strong lightning weather.

(5) It is strictly forbidden to enter the screen, such as water and iron powder, which are easy to conduct electricity. Led display large screen as far as possible placed in a low dust environment, large dust will affect the display effect, while too much dust will cause damage to the circuit. If water is ingressed for various reasons, immediately cut off the power and contact the maintenance personnel until the display panel inside the screen is dry before it can be used.

(6) Led display switch sequence: A: first turn on the control computer so that it can operate normally, and then turn on the LED display screen; B: Turn off the LED display first, and then turn off the computer.

(7) Do not be in the full white, full red, all green, all blue and other full bright pictures for a long time when playing, so as not to cause excessive current, excessive heating of the power cord, damage to LED lights, and affect the service life of the display screen. Do not disassemble or splice the screen body at will!

(8) It is recommended that the LED display screen rest time is greater than 2 hours per day, and the LED screen screen is used at least once a week in the rainy season. Generally, the screen is turned on at least once a month and lit for more than 2 hours.

(9) The large screen surface of the LED display can be wiped with alcohol, or the brush and vacuum cleaner can be used to remove dust, and cannot be wiped directly with a damp cloth.

(10) Led display screen needs to be regularly checked whether it is working properly, whether the line is damaged, if it does not work, it should be replaced in time, and the line should be repaired or replaced in time if it is damaged. LED display large screen internal line, non-professionals are prohibited from touching, so as not to be electrocuted, or cause damage to the line; If something goes wrong, get a professional to service it.

How can we control  LED Display?

There are two kinds of control methods including synchronous and asynchronous control methods. The basic structure of LED control system is generally like what the picture Novastar MCTRL660pro and Colorlight X16 controller shows.

When we use synchronous control system to control the Rental LED Display screen,the LED display will show the real-time content of the computer monitor which connected to the LED controller.The synchronous control method means we always need the computer (or video input resource) to connect the synchronous LED controller, the display will show the content of the input resource device provide, and when the input terminal stops displaying, or say disconnected, the screen will stop showing at the same time.

The asynchronous system in the other hand, it doesn’t display the same content of the computer monitor or input resource content, you can edit the content on the computer and upload the content to the asynchronous controller.The contents will be stored in the sender box, and the LED screen will display the contents that have already been stored in advance. This makes the LED displays to show the contents themselves separately.

There are some points for you to understand the differences better:

(1) Asynchronous system mainly controls the screen through WIFI/4G connection, you also can control the screen through computer connect to the controller port directly.

(2) You can’t play the real-time contents by the asynchronous control system,but you can change to synchronous mode when you use some controllers which have asynchronous and synchronous mode 2in1.

(3) When the total resolution of the LED Display is more than 2.3 million, we can only use synchronous LED controllers to manage the LED display.
